Lagoon Leak Testing

We test wastewater lagoon cells for seepage following Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) guidelines and deliver a report ready to submit. Cells that cannot be taken out of service can still be tested. Learn more about lagoon leak testing

Inert Gas Purging of Biogas Systems

Digester Operation Support and Rapid Response

When a digester is not behaving, we help your operators work out what is happening and what to do next. We write the operations plan for taking a digester down, cleaning it, and starting it back up, and we support your staff through the work. Support is by phone or onsite, and on short notice when it has to be.

Wastewater Facility Audits and Condition Assessments

We walk the plant, review the data, and talk to the people who run it. You get a plain account of which processes are struggling, what equipment is wearing out, and where the bottlenecks are.

Process Troubleshooting

We diagnose biological and mechanical problems in treatment plants and work with your operators to fix them. The aim is to get the process back on track and leave your staff knowing why it went wrong.

Lagoon Sludge Surveys and Reporting

We measure sludge depth across each lagoon cell and report how much is there and where it has built up. Surveying at the same time each year gives you numbers you can compare from one year to the next.

Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals

We write O&M manuals and standard operating procedures that operators will open and use. That includes electronic O&M documentation your staff can search, not a binder on a shelf.

Operator Review of Engineering Designs

Before a design goes to bid, we review the plans and specifications from the operator's side: safety, access, maintenance, bypass and shutdown, and how it will run day to day. Problems are cheaper to fix on paper than in concrete.

1200-Z Industrial Stormwater Permit Support

We prepare and revise Stormwater Pollution Control Plans (SWPCPs) for facilities covered by Oregon's 1200-Z industrial stormwater general permit. We also help staff understand what the permit asks of them.

We work alongside your operators and find where targeted training will help. Training is built around your plant and your equipment.
