Who We Are

SolidsDude Solutions LLC is a wastewater consulting firm based in Seal Rock, Oregon, founded and led by Grant.

Grant has about 25 years of hands-on wastewater operations experience. From 2017 to 2023 he was the wastewater treatment plant supervisor for the City of Newport, Oregon. Before Newport, he worked for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.

That background is the reason we work the way we do. We have run the plants, written the reports to the regulator, and lived with designs after the engineers went home. We bridge the gap between engineering theory and daily plant operations.
